Anat Langer-Gal

As Just Vision’s representative in Israel, Anat introduces Just Vision’s resources about Palestinian and Israeli peacebuilders in local venues, organizes screenings and presentations in Israel and engages educators, organizations, and individuals to use our materials. Anat researches grassroots nonviolent peacebuilding efforts among Israelis, conducts interviews with Israeli peacebuilders for Just Vision’s website and does field research for Just Vision’s media productions Anat is an Associate Producer of Just Vision’s second feature documentary, Budrus  and maintains the Hebrew content on www.justvision.org. She works in coordination with Just Vision's Education and Outreach Coordinator in the West Bank, Rula Salameh.

Before joining Just Vision, Anat worked with the Parent's Circle –Bereaved Families Forum, a grassroots NGO of bereaved Palestinians and Israelis promoting reconciliation as an alternative to hatred and revenge. She also worked with the Israel Women's Network, Israel‘s leading women's rights organization, where she continues to be a member. Anat holds a BA in East Asian Studies and Chinese from Tel Aviv University. After her studies, she traveled to China to study at the Beijing Language and Culture University.
