Conservative Judaism
One of four major denominations/movements of religious Judaism: Orthodox, Conservative, Reform and Reconstructionist. A branch of Judaism that began in the United States in the early 1900s as an alternative to Orthodox and Reform Judaism. Conservative Judaism focuses on Jewish law as a guide to an authentic Jewish lifestyle but accepts some critiques of secular scholarship.
