A Palestinian village in the northern West Bank, located 2km from the Green Line and 11km south of the Palestinian city of Qalqilia. Est. population in 2007: 1,771. Azzoun Atme is on the the western side of Israel’s Separation Barrier and is surrounded by Jewish Israeli settlements; its residents need Israeli-issued permits to pass through the two entrances of the village.
