Majed TbeilehI think there will be no peace without popular demand for change on both sides. These joint meetings are what will move the two people and encourage them to reach an agreement. If there are meetings there is hope.
Majed Tbeileh is one of the founders of the Nablus Youth Federation and its daughter organization, The Future Generations Hands Committee. These organizations bring Palestinian and Israeli youth together to politically oriented dialogue, as well as plan community activities in Nablus. Because of Nablus's diverse religious communities--the city is home to Palestinian Christians, Muslims, and a small community of Samaritans--the Federation is involved in interfaith dialogue as well.
